  This is our second time buying a home and Hayk exceeded our expectations! He got us the best rates and answered all our questions. He was very professional and gave us updates throughout the whole process. The lender messed up on the day of our closing - not Hayks fault, but he helped resolved the issue and made sure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home or need refinancing!

  Excellent service. After our original lender couldn't generate the loan in time for closing, Barb worked her magic and provided us with the loan we wanted at the original closing time. She is dedicated and patient with a client's reasonable requests and answers questions even at late hours. Highly recommended for her professional attitude and work ethic. I wish this was a best kept secret but I need to share it with other people.

  It's no wonder there are only 5 star reviews here. I worked with Barb Patterson and she was absolutely fantastic!! As someone entering the home buying process with absolutely no idea of how much I could even afford she walked me through every step and fought for me to get the best possible deal. My closing team commented that the loan cleared faster than they've ever seen because of how well Barb handled everything. Cant recommend her enough!

  We were midflight with another broker when we started seeing red flags during the process. Thankfully, I remembered Eugene and gave him a call. The same evening he was able to get me preapproved with an appraisal waiver. The entire process was just as seamless. The result was an early closing, great rate and a very happy customer. Our's was a beyond-positive experience and thanks to Eugene Salganik, we are now settled in our new home. Eugene instilled faith in us from the very first conversation and never let us down.
