  Amy and her team were a pleasure to work with during this stressful time of securing my first condo. Amy was accessible and went over interest rate terms with me, and broke down the concepts as I had a lot of questions! Their team does well with outlining what to expect and sends alerts and reminders in the process. I felt very cared for in this process, and she got me a great interest rate (the pandemic helped!) and suggested I take the First Time Homebuyers course to qualify for this rate. this course is highly recommended and I suggest folks take it at the beginning of the homebuying process.   Working with Amy and her team is a so easy. They are in constant communication with you, answer any questions that you may have, and do everything they can to make it efficient and stay true to dates and timeframes they set. We financed with them when we bought our house and also when we refinanced to get a lower interest rate. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone but Amy and her team.
