  Getting a mortgage can fill life with a lot of extra anxiety none of us needs right now. However, working with Joe and his team at Fairway made the process substantially more pleasant. One of the worst parts of getting a mortgage is the uncertainty of where things stand, what paperwork needs to get where, and what timing looks like for next steps. Joe and his team where there to answer all of my questions quickly and knowledgably. I highly recommend Joe and the Fairway team for anyone who is looking for a concierge-like mortgage experience.

  Jeremy and his team guided us all along the way of the mortgage process. Everyone was exceptionally responsive, informative, and helpful. I was able to call Jeremy if I had questions anytime and he would answer in detail. The whole team was very personable and kind. We cannot overstate how grateful we are for their service!

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Jeremy on financing our first home. Jeremy helped break down this very daunting situation into manageable pieces and stood by us every step of the way. He patiently answered every question that we had and made us feel supported and taken care of throughout the entire process.   Craig and his team were great! Everyone was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We had a lot too, since we were first time home buyers. Craig and his team made the entire process seamless. I would recommend Craig to anyone who is purchasing a home!

  Joe and Rebecca always go above and beyond to ensure the best possible service. I have done refinancing and conventional mortgage, and they do a great job of finding and presenting the best options and answering all questions. Communication is key and they are very responsive, and always available to answer questions as different scenarios arise. I recently closed on a new construction home which was about a 9 month process, and Fairway was there with me every step of the way for all 9 months actively engaged. They are the best, I would work with nobody else.

  I have worked with a few different lenders in the past and I can confidently say that Fairway is easily a cut above the rest. During the whole process when everyone's emotions are all over the place, Fairway, in particular, Jessica Oliver, was great at neutralizing all situation through laying out the process and making all expectations clear so there's no misunderstanding on what's required from all parties involve. Then, their response time to questions and concerns was almost immediately, which I do appreciate since other bankers I had previously worked with has lost my business as a result of poor communication. Closing was smooth and easy as everything was align and prepared since Fairway was prompt and detailed to what the closing attorney needed. I'm looking forward to working with Fairway no doubt.

  Amy Slotnick and her team were absolutely wonderful. They made the mortgage process easier for me. It took me a while to get my paperwork together. Amy’s sound advice was truly helpful. By filing an extension, I was still able to get my locked in rate and I saved money in the long run. I would highly recommend Amy and her team to anyone. I would definitely use them again.
