  They're always open. Check cashing fees are a little high but it is what it is. You can pay your bills there. That's a good thing

  Dealing at this location is ok. Employees should practice greeting costumers and smiling more. I don't have that issue at the Auburndale or cypress location. Environment around isn't the safest. Service is at a sloths pace (compare to sister stores). Convenient parking available.

  I don't know why, but these people called me after 9pm which be considered common courtesy to NOT call people after 9pm unless you know them personally. Edit: I would like to retract my statement. They did not call after 9 p.m. My phone logged it at 7:12 p.m. and for whatever reason my voice-mail did not show a new message until 9:40 p.m. The number was automatically blocked when I was called, so therefore I was led to believe that the CSR called after 9. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

  Spent 30 minutes in this store trying to make a payment. Teller let everyone skip ahead of me. Very frustrating. No apologies just attitude. I was able to write this review standing at the window that’s how long I’ve been standing here. Wanda was my teller.

  The worst place to get money from Wester Union it was 2800.00 and they asked too many questions, I wanted to withdraw my money that my mother sent me and then make the shipment to my husband's country that is out of USA 5 months ago, and amscot flatly that I couldn't do that because I needed proof of my money, they treated me like I was doing something illegal, they made me waste too much time just to tell me with a bad attitude that I couldn't get my money and go to another store because They had already made a report about me, for wanting to get (a big amount) for them and sending to another country was impossible.

  I went in to the store at 9 pm on a Friday to send money and they said the western union is closed . They lie to customers .

  They are charging people twice for cashing thier stimulus check.
