  No one is here at the store and it's 7:21 am. I have to be to work can't make a simple transaction

  Bright open airy place with lots more square footage than they are using. The place was busy with lots of people coming in and out, cashing checks, paying bills, and other transactions. I stopped in to send a fax. I was quick to get service at the thick glass security window, of which they have about 10. But it took them about 20 minutes to send 7 pages and it cost about $10. Which was extremely expensive I thought. But it was late night, and no other place nearby had a fax. The employees were friendly in helping me. They do not accept credit cards, cash only. Also they do not cash 3rd party checks, even though they will tell you they do on the phone, lol.

  Amscot is a joke. Manager was rude and disrespectful. Company harassed me, called my job looking for me because I can’t answer my personal cell when at work. I pay them on time every time I’ve used them. The one time I ask for an extension they use the time to harass me at my job, which is embarrassing. I am a nurse at a hospital so honestly that’s not appropriate or professional. Then they withdrew the money out of my bank account on unauthorized days outside of our arrangement. Never use amscot, borrow from a neighbor or friend.

  All the windows were occupied and only 2 workers. SMH. I’m at lunch just trying to pay some bills and most likely will spend my lunch hour here:/

  Don't go to this loction is bad no customer service stay away from the mgr and noemi they bad trust me take you business to anther people go. To Publix make shore o counts your money two times

  My experience in Ruskin is horrible, the girl is never pending when attending to clients, she does not know anything about notary, she does not understand anything, you have to shout and she is very rude, as she does not have studies and her appearance is very unpleasant nor does she comb her hair. Ruskin must change the staff as it is very rude. 10-4-2020
