  Estela was AMAZING! I went to get my first payday advance, and didn't have the documents to bring. I was able to email them, and have them printed out at this location. There was only one employee working, and all the other customers seemed to be impatient. I allowed her a break, and she was awesome! She went above and beyond her job description, and I recommend the Poinciana Amscot before other stores in the area.

  I was surprised the way they took a picture of my phone to be able to see my bank account!! I had to make the line 3 times even if they knew that I was there filling out application for a loan. 3 different teller each time.. I'm sure it can improve with customer service and training teller .

  Horrible waiting time just to receive Western Union Money. They had one person taken care of the Western Union Transactions and all other agents were taken care of the windows and people kept moving except me. Totally Unacceptable, have more than one agent doing WU transactions.

  I waited for more than 10 minutes and after they helped everyone else after me, I decided to leave. Really poor customer service.

  Located close to my house and other places to shop like Super Walmart. It's 24 hours as well.
