  Very rude staff, showed up with my paper work and ID to pick up money from 2 money orders. Instead of a simple transaction they started questioning why I have 2 separate money orders from the same person. When I told her it really isn't any of her business what I have as long as my documents are true she continued to give me an attitude and told me that I seemed suspicious. At this point I took my documents back and went across the lot to Winn Dixie where I had absolutely no trouble processing my money orders. First and last time using this Amscot location.

  Heavy set light skin guy that works here is very rude! When you try to ask him questions or have an concern about something. He acts like he doesn't want to be bothered. If he doesn't like working around with people, he needs to pick a different job!

  I’m a frequent customer with cash advance. Amscot as a whole is great, however, their employees are for the most part completely full of themselves, condescending and seem to enjoy talking to you like your an idiot, or like they’re above you since they’re giving a cash advance like they’re doing you a favor. Despite being a paying customer that they get a hundred dollars of interest a month from me alone. Also it’s very difficult to hear them through the glass, yet they seem irritated when you can’t hear them. Honestly, if it weren’t for the ease of a cash advance, I’d never come here specifically because of the arrogant employees. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a few nice people, but it’d say maybe 1 out of the 6 behind the counter don’t have an ego problem. Train your employees customer service. It’s desperately needed here AMSCOT!

  Adeane jave been the only person who have no manera neitjer know about customer service. Since she startes with, stoped 4 times to attend others customers leaving me aside with no explanation. Please train thesr lady better.

  Love this Amscott, also the one on East Sample Road. They are always friendly and fast and free money orders! Much better then the other check cashing stores.

  Always nice I go once a month to pay my bills so talk jus mad ya couldn't get dat loan...jk great place though been go in since they open

  Worst check cashing store. Charge 20$ to cash a check and don’t even got the denomination of bills I want. Overpriced. Bad service. Don’t go here
