  Worse experience ever. This location is the slowest Amscot I’ve ever seen. The staff doesn’t seem to care about their service or the time they take to provide it either. Spent 40 minutes trying to pay a time sensitive bill. (Only reason I stayed). They need new staff, more staff and some type of management.

  One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Amscot I’ve been to a lot of different now I’m Scott’s but people I’m gonna say this one is really like going to the ghetto One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Amscot I’ve been to a lot of different now I’m Scott’s but people I’m gonna say this one is really like going to the ghetto Very very very poor customer service no sense of urgency and whatever you do do not ask for the manager worse than the employees this is truly one of those places where you would think being black going to a place where there’s majority Black people working it would be OK after going in there I realize there’s a big difference between Black people and Nager I can honestly say there were no Black people they’re a bunch a Nager’s were bad attitude which makes me see if you’re mad with yourself or mad with the world why come out into it and work please people take your business somewhere else

  Why this lady slid me a piece of paper asking for my social to look me up in the system so I can get a money order……What kinda scam is this???? you can have my ID or my license but not my SSN.

  Once again RUDE and very unprofessional employees. I hate I had to stop at this location. They speak to customers rudely. Practically throw your change and ID back to you after you’ve handed to them nicely. They need to be retrained on customer service as well as common courtesy. The attitudes and the negative energy is felt soon as you enter. So much for thinking this location would be convenient.

  Horrible place. Ghetto is an understatement. I’m shocked at the unprofessionalism. They don’t communicate what you are doing. The employees including the manager are highly rude. They only care about money. Don’t support this place.

  I hate when I pay a bill at this location they keep the payment slip with your account information on it. The staff here is rude and can’t explain the policies. They talk under their breath to each other about the customers. I tried giving this location a chance but I won’t be returning. I will gladly drive a couple miles further to experience professionalism and respect.

  We have gotten loans @ this location, for the past two years. They are always busy on Fridays. But, always help us in an orderly and timely manner.

  I am Hispanic and I waited for 30 minutes and they took care of the people that came after me and I was waiting there for a lot of time just to know about that the machine was broken worst experience ever.
