  Honestly I have gone to many Amscot but this place was horrible. I walked in and the guy in front of me was smoking a Vape indoors no one bothered to say anything and we are all in the line the two female cashiers were very busy the Hispanic cashier proceeded to tell everyone in the line that if they needed Help to proceed towards the counter which indeed it was like six people and we were all in a line to take turns. There was literally only one person in front of me and due to the disorganization and the customer service representative telling everyone to proceed towards the counter she didn’t even pay attention to Who was waiting before who. I spent almost 25 minutes there because she proceeded to take care of three people before taking care of me mind you while we were in line there was only one person ahead of me and he had already proceeded to go to the counter prior to her saying this so she was supposed take care of me next. And at this point there was no social distancing because everyone was right next to each other.

  Worst customer service ever. Second time trying and I never will be back there, hopefully!!! El peor servicio al cliente. Horrible!

  Carlos has the worst customer service I have seen in awhile. Came into the store for western union. Been here before you have to go to a window and wait to be seen . Well let’s just say Carlos proceeded to help other customers that cane in after I did by at least 10 minutes and continued to disregard me who had been there the longest. He was a real cocky and had a bad attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  How can you say you are the money superstore but when you ask if you can get 100 dollars in one dollar bills they say they dont have that ..really ...you may wanna think of getting employees that wanna work and dont mind opening the safe ..no one in the store at this time but its to much work to open a safe and dont say you dont have ones able ..

  If you go in person there good people but there phone skills are horrible first guy cut me off and hung up in middle of questions called back ask a lady a question put me on hold answered and hung up as soon as I started talking. Will do business elsewhere

  Even if you are waiting everyone is working with multiple customers and they are always courteous.

  They need to put more people at the windows to work. The people working there very nice, but highly overworked.
