  Trying to pick up a Western Union money order, and they require you to fill out a Amscot customer profile. Part of this profile is your social security number, home address, work, work phone number. That's a lot of sensitive information just to pick up a Western Union. I could have gone to Walmart and not answered any of these questions, but I needed gas money. Stay away if you're just coming for Western Union services.

  Horrible customer service on a Friday night. The female didn't even have the desency to say thank you for the payment. She threw the change under the window with have a goot one and walked away. Thanks but no thanks...

  Horrible, nightmare refuse to render service. African American heavy build female manager was very unprofessional, rude and ghetto! She refuse me service without offical merit or authorization!

  Slow service 25 minutes to get a loan and no one else was even in there. One the phone the whole time her name was Ginger

  Absolutely horrible. Came in to get just 2 money orders and the 2 people working messed it up. Was standing here for over and hour just to have them hand me my money back because of lack of their knowledge on how to work the machine.
