  I was racially profiled today by one of the employees Woman a little big maybe in her 40's early 50's She was very hesitant to offer me service just because the way I looked I came here one time before and did not have a problem usually when you go to an amscott they ask for your I'd and so fourth keep it pushing this lady was asking me why I came into their store to give them my money to make a money order then started having an conversation with the dudes in the back, who were having an discussion about whatever she had claimed that me being there never showed up in their system but I know she is lying if I were to look on the screen myself I would've seen it for a fact she asked me what my phone number was my DOB asking me to change my address and etc She Needs to Be removed immediately

  Fantastic place to cash checks or get a free money orders. The employees were fast, friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. The lines moved quickly. You experienced very little waiting. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs their services.

  I was updating all my personal information with Amscot for a cash advance and the lady went above and beyond helping me on the first day and had to bring in my latest paystub on the following day and ended up with a different lady which turned out to be a rude and condescending jerk that shouldn't be dealing with people on any level. It was almost as if the cash advance loan was coming out of her own pocket. Needless to say her attitude ruined my entire experience with the loan process.

  Went in their to cash a 400$ and they took 20min to get approval because it was over the limit... like are you kidding me 400 is over the limit.. leaving customers waiting for too long and then I just left. They had no explanation
