  Had a close family member pass away which was also the day I owed money. Called The store and the employee that I spoke to was very compassionate & understanding as well allowed me to pay the next day to focus on family. Always was told that these places are money hungry and don’t care about the customer which to my surprise, just isn’t true. Really satisfied with the customer service at this branch & thank you to you guys.

  Waited damn near 30 minutes on Max to get me a simple money order. There was one person ahead of me. Just one

  I see people saying the manager from Czech is rude. I have been using this store for quite a while. He is one of the most friendly employee there! Guess you can't please everyone. These people have rules to follow and customers get angry when things don't go their way.

  I went in for notary services and Max was not helpful and wouldn't sign my signature page. I asked why and he said he can't notarize certain documents because it's a "rule", I asked him what the rule was and he said "it's just a rule". I asked if I could see a copy of those rules and he said they were printed on the wall behind them and "no", I asked if those rules were on the website and he said he didn't know. At this point I just left since I knew I wouldn't be getting anywhere. This wasn't a problem in the past at other Amscot locations where I will visit instead. No wonder this location has 2.5 stars! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I called Amscot Corporate and spoke to a Supervisor and he said that each notary can deny services at their discretion. What a joke!

  I was there today and Max helped me to cash a check. He was attentive and courteous. All around fantastic service. Hire more like Max

  Employee was very rude and inconsiderate to customers. Talked bad about customer to the main office when he called to varify check. Had a very bad attitude to customer. Had no customer compass. Needs to go to school and learn manners.

  These people go out of their way to not help you. The European guy working there is beyond rude. I don't know how he gets away with talking to customers the way he does.

  Cashed my check fast with no problems, good service
