  This large Amscot, located in the Universal Plaza; offers free money orders, cash advance loans, check cashing, bill payments, Western Union money transfer, notary, fax, copies, stamps (price increased to 58 cents), and much more. I received fast and courteous service when I asked for a few money orders and stamps.

  Extremely slow service tonight. It’s been 25 minutes and I’m standing at one of the service windows watching the associate walking back and forth. It’s not busy.

  Rose is a terrible employee. When it comes to efficiency she is not who you want to be assisted by far as wasting time and getting nothing done she’s great I went there and wasted over an hour trying to get a money order processed and she couldn’t do that for me literally wasted all my time and made me late and I couldn’t get my process taken care of anywhere else because how long she took only to reject me for no reason when I asked why she couldn’t process my money order she told me she couldn’t do it at this time no reason specifically.

  This location is a problem Every time I have come in the two times have been unnnessary craziness. From trying to register me in the system to getting a money order and deciding to go to publix, to trying to cash a check and dealing with Vanessa who was ready to go and tried talking about me to co worker thinking the glass was thick enough. It wasn't I won't go back there! I WILL NOT GO TO ANY!!

  My experience with this place has been great, I needed a last minute money order tonight at 1:30 AM and the person who assisted me was nice and accommodating. I ner write reviews but I felt she needed a 5 star for the service.

  Very strange. I have never been asked for my ID to purchase a money order. The most concerning part was when I was told that I had to fill out a form and provide my SSI #. I don't understand why I need to give you my social security # to purchase a $1,000 money order. If I were requesting a loan I would understand. Needless to say I won't ever go back there.

  Everytime I go in there.. there's a problem getting changed all the stuff are rude an nasty.always give a nasty look everyone in there needs to be fire. Because you can tell they don't like there job. I will continue to write bad reviews when I go there until there's new staff.

  they asked for a social security for a money order the lady was for sure trying to scam

  Bad experience especially when I had to use the restroom there was no toilet paper and no soap in the bathroom. I told them and I was told that they cannot do anything about it until the end of the night.
