Felicia1Today I got stuck on the phone for one whole hour dealing with an incompetent call center agent by the name of Kim T. A whole hour in regards to a simple address change/update I made to my account two months ago that was never corrected on my 1st & 2nd time contacting them. Today makes the 3rd time.. She assumed I had not spoke to anyone in regards to this matter because she couldn’t see it on her end and that she never heard of the previous call center agents name. She continued to try & correct me & tell me I must have spoke with another person. She also informed me that she been working in that department a long time and don’t know anyone by that name & I must be incorrect. I have emails with signatures to confirm. Finally after holding for over 10 minutes to speak with a supervisor Kayla, she confirmed I was correct in regards to previous agent name Alyssa and proof of my two previous attempts to get this matter corrected. I only use this credit union is because they financed my vehicle. I’m closing my account & never doing business with them again.

Laura Trout1Amoco is the worst place to have a loan They will not help if you have cancer or even try to make an effort to help you I called everyday for 3 weeks in a row and not one if them called me back I hope you people can sleep at and shame on you for what you have done to me God will take care of you for this You should be ashamed but with the way you treat people you probably have no soul !!
