Alan Gomas1Went to this pawn shop to purchase a saws all and it didn't work when I went to cut lumber . Tried to return it 2 days after paying $20 plus tax and the manager offered me $15 and would not give me the full return . I will be contacting the IRS as well as BBA

Erica Morgan1HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! Bought two tablets for my 2 younger boys birthdays age (3&4) they were $120 ea. Galaxy tab 4'S,...... within 3 DAYS OF birthday party before he even received it the tablet would not power on the battery was overheated and would get hot... I called several times was not able to ever get in contact with the manager or have the issue resolved , wouldn't return my call and then told by an employee that I could bring it up there for them to just check it out to see what they can do for me.. this is at 4pm... was wanted to bring in that day which I would not able to make it there so then asking if the very next day would work the response was that it's just been too late since I bought it. we were told that it was just too late since we had bought the item , regardless if we had contacted then within 2 days of the purchase... Before purchasing the items... the sales clerk made a comment that the tablets had been there a while quite a while and that he wanted to make sure they worked since they had been sitting there for so long... so I said "what if I purchased this item and there's an issue would I be able to return it or EXchange it or get my money back if there was a problem?" he said "yes that IF there is an issue no worries you can bring it back in." THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED. SAID I WAS BASICALLY 120.00 OUT... I've heard several negative things about this plan shop always have but because they stayed openly it was convenient and I thought you know I've never had any issues so I was a regular customer and I had also put down money for xbox I spent a total of $400 in that store that day and that's the customer service I get will not be back.
Response from the ownerWe do not have warranty or sell warranty on any of our merchandise. The only time that we allow 24 hours to a couple of days is on items that we cannot test at the store like guns. Also, anytime that we allow extra time to test an item out we would explicitly write a note on the sales receipt. Our sales receipt clearly states: "NO CASH REFUNDS. ALL SALES FINAL".

Dezy FOR Truth1Worst pawn shop ever!! Single mom after work, I went into this place before it closed on 1-21-2021. Two microwaves were out, a man tested one for 30 seconds , I even called out that a new one was for 65.00 so i really hope it works. After I left the store they closed the bar thing outside. I felt like they were trying to close...long story short...it was a LEMON!! Burnt out in 5mins!!! Food wasnt even hot!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY HAD TO HAVE KNOWN AND MADE THE DEAL 30.00 WALK OUT (30 SECONDS USE) TO LOOK LIKE IT WAS A FAVOR/GOOD DEAL!! **Theres no refunds here, not even 24hours later!!!** You are flipping the dice!! Took it home, burnt out in less than 5mins! Do not come here for electrical things!!2nd time this has happened but thought bc its been ayear, it would be okay, its not!!! Buy new or shop at the pawn shop by Wendys or EZ pawn by Ross!! They are honest people there!! These people I even tried awhile ago to inform them and they didnt care!! Theres no corporate either to report selling lemon items...BBB NEXT!!

SapperDaddy5Been going here for some years now. If I’m ever in a bind and need to pawn something they always help me out. And if I ever need a extension they always give me plenty of time to pick up and sometimes with no extra cost. Just always stay in contact with them and there is no problem.

Terry Flood1The young girl behind the counter came around to help me ,showed me some guitars and then escorted me over to the amplifiers giving me a full run down on in store stock and prices on music equipment. She's definitely a keeper. It's " nice" to be nice.

Noelle Niemeyer1Wow talk about a place that doesn't want business. Walked in with the kids and we were the only customers. We were obviously looking at specific items and discussing them. No one greeted us, they had three employees visable. After we watched them watch us for 5 minutes we left. Only at that point did they acknowledge us. Crazy makes me wonder what their real business is .

Jonathan garza5Very friendly staff, great prices, quality products, they work with you as long as you talk to them. Pay top dollar, as long as you don't bring in trash thinking it's gold. Some people don't understand businesses get busy! I do a lot of business there, never had a problem, if you do they make it right.

They put a few big deep scratches in my computer when they took the plastic stuff off instead of doing it by hand he wanted to cut it and when I said something tired to say they where already there i said I just saw you do it he said oh well I'm sorry call our manager tomorrow.. . This was about a month ago their manager is shyt! I have called went up there and everytime I do they say he's not there to come back later or he will call me back he's with someone or doing something... All I Want Is My Computer Fixed!😡
Response from the ownerWe told her that she could find a place where the scratches could be fixed and then tells us how much they would charge to fix it. The scratch, if it did happened, was located on the back side and not on the screen. She was asked how she wanted us to handle the problem and she never said specifically if she wanted some money for it, another tablet or what. She was also told the times and days that the manager is working at the shop so that she could go and talk to him directly.
