  Getting signed up with AmeriSave may have been the greatest decision I’ve ever made as a mortgage broker. Their technology is top notch, their service is excellent, and they get my loans closed quickly which helps me continue to earn business from my referral sources. I would highly recommend that other brokers sign up with AmeriSave if they are looking to add lenders, or even if they’re not. The combo platter of value they provide is something that is not easily matched by any lender in today’s environment.

  First few loans were great! Then the wheels fell off. Missed conditions, duplicate conditions. No return calls. Miscommunications. missed closing dates. If you are a broker and rates are the reason you are using them, then reconsider if your reputation means anything. So disappointed.

  Terrible predatory business practices. Won't stop calling me even though I've requested they remove my number many times. They call from fake numbers as well so you can't call them back at the same number or block them because they just use a different number 5 minutes later.

  Don't bother dealing with these people. When they first talk to you, they sweeten the deal real nice. But then when you go to Loan Depot and Loan Depot gives you a better interest rate, lower cost and lower appraisal fee and you cancel your loan before an appraisal was done, they won't refund your appraisal fee and just ignore you. Yeah, I'm out $575. Appraisal was never done. And they just keep ignoring me. Don't deal with these people.

  GREAT Rates! Exceptional Customer Service. I signed up with Amerisave a few months ago - I have been a broker for 15 years and am very discriminating about which lenders I affiliate. I have not been disappointed with Amerisave and they seem to strive to make continual improvements in their systems...that, with their very aggressive pricing will keep me on board long term!
