      Not really a fan. It could just be this specific branch’s staff that rubs me wrong. My mom says the teller is a nice lady I believe her name is Rose. Other than that, the atmosphere here is very uncomfortable.

      Have dealt with Colleen, Darlene and Eileen with Business accounts for the past two years. They are absolutely the best when it comes to customer service.       The people here are super nice! I opened my account with the Jax Beach Location and I love them but I come this location because Darlene is always helpful and kind. I see other customers come in and they all love her. She is always happy and cracks jokes with all of us. THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE!

      No one at this bank is ever available & if they are, it takes extreme patience to wait for your call to be answered. What is the point of having a phone? Very bad customer service.
