  I bring my wife in to open a personal account and open a safety box.Ms heather help her out and she was so nice to my wife.my wife doesn’t speak English to well,and ms. Heather was so patient with my wife.I highly recommend this bank And ms heather

  I've been to this Bank on three occasions and each time the customer service was totally unacceptable. Good tellers know not to speak across the customer in front of them, to the vehicle on the farthest side. That is so rude!! Also, when complaining about customers and their situations, make sure you do that "privately", if at all.. Some of us can read lips.

  I don’t think it takes 15 to 20 minutes to cash a check. In all of my years of dealing with banks I’ve never had a teller call another bank for approval. I was not given an option nor did i make a choice on being African-American. Being racially profiled in these days and times suck. Keep up the good work !!!!

  This is by far the slowest bank in the world, the tellers are nice but sitting in line 15 mins or more every visit is ridiculous, if it wasnt for my job banking here i would never come

  Spanish-speaking customer * I have been a client of this bank since 2014 and I like it. The branch I visit the most is in Scenic Hwy (Lawrenceville / Snellville) and I am very satisfied with the options they offer. Especially Heather, who has impeccable customer service. She is kind, always willing to help with a smile and ready to answer all your questions. I have visited different branches but I will always consider this one as my favorite for the kind and sincere treatment that I receive. I have been a client of this bank since 2014 and I like it. The branch I visit the most is Scenic Hwy. (Lawrenceville / Snellville) and I am very satisfied with the options they offer and the customer service, especially the one Heather has with each of her clients. She is friendly, always ready to help with a smile on her mouth and ready to answer all your questions.
