  Patricia Henry (San Pablo branch) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very aware of our situation and protective of same. She is an absolute treasure, I have enjoyed working with her for many years. She maintains that feeling of “personal small bank service,” which is so appreciated in our current world of big corporations where you are just a number. I cannot thank her or trust her more, she will be my go to gal always… Highly recommend!

  This used to be a great bank. Very customer focused and reasonable. Through all the acquisitions, they are no different than the impersonal service I received from larger banks. It is time for me to switch after 10 years. I recommend that those considering Ameris, either find a smaller, local bank or just go with one of the biggest banks, which have branches everywhere.

  This has to be the most incompetent bank I’ve ever banked with. Even when you deposit cash at the teller it is not immediately available and if you try to do on line banking they send you a pin every time you want to check your account. It’s just a complete hassle dealing with them.
