  Recently in October, my debit card was compromised. I called the Morrow branch and ( John ) answered. I explained my situation and he quickly and efficiently handled the problem. I had a new card within seven days! This month I found that scammers used ( my old phone no.) And copied all of my bank information. I went in the Morrow branch and Landora handled everything.. closed out the old account and opened a new one, and made a new debit card ; just in the event the first new one that John had made was also compromised in less than twenty minutes! I want you America Morrow branch to personally recognize their quick response to handling my affairs when I was most vulnerable. And I wish all America bank employees a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year! May God bless you all. P.S. Don't forget the true meaning of Christmas! Sincerely, Deborah Freeman

  Susan Langford Is very rude and disrespectful these people will steal your money , she accidentally handed me a stack of other peoples bank info with social security numbers addresses and all these peoples info then called my phone crying to bring them back , which I did. I contacted corporate and spoke to Lisa Jackson who thought it was a joke and didn’t help at all . These people need to be fired and Susan should lose her bankers license considering she doesn’t know how to handle peoples personal information. If you bank here that info could be yours I recommend you close your account . Susan is rude and Everytime I go to this bank she is arguing with customers .

  When I initially got this account the staff that was present that helped a gentlemen he was great but the branch manager Susan is disrespectful! For a bank that is suppose to represent prestige and “care” for customers she is far from it. First when she even answered the phone she was sighing and then said that the other teller spoke to me about overdrafts before and that they are going to close my account. And when I told her what myself and the previous spoke about she said that she is not going of he day she say and even went as far to tell me about as situation she did not even know about. She was rude and I also told her not to call me have someone else make calls on her behalf. I’m reporting her to corporate and the bank to bbb

  I got treated bad today when i came into this bank today to dispute transactions. I did not get the lady name because i was furious on how she treated me from the beginning as i was like trash! She told me what i had into the account which is around $13.. which she was loud as in trying to embarrass me, and also told me that's the only time you had money into your account to afford anything... no duh! I am now with chase and have money to cover everything!Every time i come into a Fidelity bank they treat me like you're nothing!! Why stay with the bank? Even the one in Kennesaw treated me like i wasn't standing in there, and never even greated me.. i want my money back off the fraud and she really didn't want to help me, the lady was RUDE as hell! We did call them, and when we had them in the phone she told them to explain this to her as in who cares just get her out my office! So we had the people on the phone and i got mad and started yelling at them for how they scammed my account... and i also mad due to the fact that the bank did not have my back with this scamming company.. i just felt doubled teamed. Never bank here at this bank and if you do then know it's a white lady with glasses, shirt curly hair around jawbone, in the class Office to left when you walk in. Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO HER! I want my money back for i can clise the account completely. In the end i had ti file a complaint with the ftc on that company. This Fidelity bank i will do too cause this lady did not want to help me or even cared to helo recover my funds. Would give no stars if possible

  We have been banking with Susan, Landora and their team for years and years. Love them and would recommend them highly. Relationships are hard to come by and they are always professional and helpful.
