  I opened a checking&savings account at Ameris Bank yesterday, everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. A friend of mine recommended I go by and talk to them. Lynn Cline at the Southpark Blvd.Branch here in St.Augustine, Florida, helped me open my accounts. She was fantastic, she not only answered all my guestions she even filled me in on some things I didn't know. I'm sure Ameris is very proud of her and glad she's on their team.I'm very comfortable with my decision to go with them.

  Everyone Ive met has been thorough professional: extremely knowledgable & helpful. Ive treated so well & want to comment that my individual needs & concerns were attended to, and the advice Ive been given has been tailored to my situation. This kind of individualized service is outstanding! I would like to bring attention to service by Sue Ferrell and Tiffany Gonzaldez for help w/ my account needs & Cynthia Smith for assist w/ acquiring my safety deposit box. Please note that from my first meeting w/ her Sue Ferrell has guided me through every step of the processed. She is a remarkable listener and her depth of knowledge has allowed me to gave an unusual degree of confidence in a very short time. Because of Ms Ferrell, I am very very satisfied so far & sure that I made a good choice in heeding her advice to select Ameris for my local banking needs. My experience w/ these 3 ladies makes me want to say: So far, so great!

  Terrible experience. Zero communication before closing, left closing still confused. They haven't notified my builder that we closed. Don't even m ow who my point of contact is anymore. Overall experience terrible especially dealing with a larger home loan.

  We came into the bank to open a checking & saving account. Heather was very nice and helpful. We felt comfortable with all the employees we talked to. It took about 15 - 20 minutes and we were done.

  The entire process was fairly easy and smooth also pretty fast. Everything went according to the plan we closed on the first scheduled closing date with no complications. I highly recommend them.

  Opened up a savings account and it was so easy did it over the phone and had to just go sign the paperwork thru the drive thru the ladies were very friendly and helpful
