Dubraska Yamileth Chacón Romero1little satisfied, they incorrectly copied my email at the time of registration, they did not give me the debit card the same day of opening and as if that were not enough, I cannot use the first deposit to open the account because they informed me of the money will be available in 15 days, how is this possible?

Jabari Hayes5My son has a custodial account and I wish as a young man my experience with a bank was as good as his is with Fidelity. Terry, Jerry and Dawn have welcomed us as if we were billion dollar customers. They have went above and beyond in customer service and solid advise. They've earned my business without selling or pushing financial products we do not need. Now my 15 year old understands money better and has a real relationship with his banker. Our business will stay with Fidelity for our lifetime.

Natalia Perez1I don’t bank with Ameris (fortunately) but my job does. Every time I need to go to any of their location regarding my paychecks costumer service is extremely slow. I give this location in particularly 1 star because I took the time to drive there once at noon on a weekday because they have drive thru, waited there for a while, called through the call box and no one answered, but what bothered me the most is that while I waited there I saw an employee looking at me from her office window without bothering to get up and answer the calls or do anything at all! Eventually I left without getting anything done.

Brigadoon Construction1CUSTOMER SERVICE. I put that in caps so the Northlake Tucker branch manager can look it up to see the definition. So I had a deposit that was rather substantial for a job and the issuer bank needed to verify it wasn't fraud, no big deal, they verify and release the funds... Sounds pretty much basic practice except this branch debits my account and won't redeposit the check and says I have to get another one issued. WELL, that would have been nice to know had they EVER CONTACTED ME TO INFORM ME OF A PROBLEM!!! but NOOO they just hit me with a passel of fees and never even sent an email, phone call, carrier pigeon, anything. I only found out by accident because this branch manager has NO concept of customer service. THIS BRANCH MANAGER NEVER RESPONDED TO MESSAGES LEFT, NEVER TOOK MY CALLS, NOTHING!!! so the moral of the story is check reviews on even your bank because its employees make it what it is. Happily transferring my account to a different branch whose manager totally agreed that this sort of behavioral was totally unprofessional and derelict of any customer service. Even customer service at corporate said she agreed this was just lazy and a poor management example.

Anthony Gabry1Absolutely awful mortgage servicing. Would advise any/all against using this institution for your real estate needs. This brand who supposedly prides themselves on being service orientated and "your neighbor" on the basis of their "golden rule" could not care less about the customer. They failed to post a sizeable payment to my account and in turn seem to have lost it and couldn't care less about making things right. Not even the CEO Palmer Proctor is concerned about correcting a serious internal mistake. Quite a shame as in todays day and age you'd hope the "local" bank actually acted like one and not a money hungry big bank.

But, the team here and at the location on Ponce at Monroe are always efficient, friendly and personable. They have contacted me when there was security concerns. They have delicious cookies!
