vivek sangwan1This branch has been temporarily closed for sometime now and I cannot access my safe deposit box. They have a phone number and email listed to find out how to access safe deposit but after multiple calls, emails there have been no response. The call center help desk have no clue either. Very un[professional with no regards to their customer needs

Mimi Nguyen5This is a specific review and shoutout for Shade. I had an appointment at 2pm for a service, and I was told that they were running behind about 25-30 mins, which I was on my lunch break and did not anticipate the wait. Shade had a pending appointment arriving soon, but she went out of her way to assist me so I did not have to wait, and she was very nice and informative. Excellent client service. I appreciate your assistance so much, Shade! Thank you for being considerate of my time!

Charles Williamson1This bank receives one star because it has an ATM. Otherwise it would receive none. You are still unable to go inside, and the drive-through is always backed up. There are also withdrawal limits at the bank. The employee stated it is because they are a drive-through only, however one would think that if you are not allowing people to come inside for no reason, that you would at least be able to do regular transactions through the drive through, not the case. Get it together Wells Fargo.

Shelby Triick1The poor banker left to hold down the “fort” this morning should be commended. All but one of the bankers called out including the Branch Manager. This location is always hit or miss and you never know what you’ll get. The man tasked with telling people that the branch was more or less closed was gracious and patient - but he shouldn’t have ever been in that position.

Angie Low1If I could give them negative starts I would.... Jessica told me (over a month ago) she would follow up on some fees that were applied to my account over the past several months. After 4 emails and 7 calls to her she has not attempted to look into the matter or return my calls. I called and asked to speak to the manager who NEVER seems to be available... I've called for her 6 times without a returned call!! This morning which was the very last straw I called and spoke to Shawn who refused to send me to the manager’s voicemail or take a message for me... He then hung up on me!! About 10 minutes later he calls back and leaves a message apologizing because “somehow we seem to have been disconnected”…. No he hung up on me and wants to keep his job so he is trying to cover himself…. I have already contacted the district manager, but I thought I would give them the opportunity to not be incompetent... As soon as I have a free minute I am going to the branch to close the accounts I have and go back to my credit union.... I have never received adequate service with this bank, but this branch is by far the worst. I am sorry I gave them the 2nd 3rd and 4th chance.... I'm done

Chris Pearson1I cash my check there every week for past 3 months. Somehow I get Thelma everytime. She either has a problem with the way I look or she is just not fit for the job. Never have i been so scrutinized every week abt if my check is legit. Same amount, same company, same everything but every week I'm in there standing at her window for a minimum of 15 min each time. A manager has to come to her or my aid everytime. May patience be with you as you embark on her window

Granted, I never have any issues (except for the one on Peachtree by the old Justin's restaurant ) with quality customer service from WF. Thank you Mr. Austin Walters for assisting me with my financial needs I will be sure to make this my regular Wells Fargo Branch!

james mason1I wish I could give less than one star. When I arrived at this branch and told the banker my problem, he told me to call the 800 number because he didn't know what to say to me.
