  Kelly and her team simply described... "Highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive" ! Kelly and the team are awesome. They helped and patiently guided me through the entire process. They stayed available and in constant contact... they made me feel like I was their only client. They use technology to continuously update and expedite things which saved a lot of time. Kelly also provides her cell number so that she can be available at any given time... there is no 9 to 5 where this team is concerned. When I ran into a couple of issues (due to self-employment) they navigated me through each situation; provided options; and worked closely with me to resolve each issue quickly and effortlessly. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism demonstrated by Kelly and the rest of the team far surpassed my expectations. I can not express enough how much I appreciate Kelly, Mary and Kerry (The Team). I highly recommend Kelly Santos, with Amerifirst Home Mortgage, and her team.   I have used Amerifirst Home Mortgage twice, Kelly Santos and her team have exceeded my expectations every step of the way.   I searched for over 6 months for a Mortgage company to do our refinance and was turned down because of being in a Manufactured/Mobile Home. Kelly and her team were happy to help and we got it done in a short period of time. I would recommend Kelly and her team anytime. Thanks Amerifirst team

  The team at Trinity Amerifirst literally kept us from being homeless. After Quicken loans dropped the ball and couldn't seem to find someone to appraise our new home, the great team at Amerifirst took over and we closed in a matter of days.... We will be forever grateful to them and will recommend them to everyone !!!!!! They are our heroes !!!

  Very professional super friendly Kelly and Kerry are amazing they were very helpful and communication was superb I couldn't ask for better being my first time.purchasing a home they did above and beyond to make sure I wasn't stressed through process I highly recommend them
