  This mortgage company is GREAT!!! I was so worried and stressing about finding the right place that had my program for first time buyers. I called an Paul Voran Jr helped me through every step!! He made it so easy for me. Even whenever I had a question he was there an was able to answer everything plus more. They help me get into my home less then 60 days, quick easy an reliable.   Paul was great to work with. Being first time home-buyers we had a lot of questions. Paul was very patient and walked us through the entire process. He was able to pre-approve us in no time flat and got us an awesome rate! We came into this fearing the process as we had hear so many nightmares, but with Paul working for us it was relatively painless and super fast. We went from looking to owning within 6 weeks.
