  I wanted to give a shout out to Cheryl who I have worked with a while now with getting loans and paying it off to get me out of a horrible financial situation. I have never had such amazing customer service. I work in customer service and appreciate it when I receive it back. she is so professional at what she does, regularly checks up as to what my total is at when im close to paying it off, and when I see her at the building or on the phone, she asks how are you and actually means it. What a breath of fresh air she is! and such a sweet, friendly and caring person. In such crazy times right now. it is so nice to deal with such friendly and helpful people. Ten stars for my girl Cheryl 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  I love going in this place. Cheryl is the sweetest lady ever! ❤️ Very understanding and caring, always smiling, and all around just a very kind soul. I live 15 minutes away and have other loan places around me but I always look forward to seeing Cheryl so I will remain a loyal customer.

  I would highly recommend Americash loans Cheryl is very professional and understanding of your needs. She is absolutely the best. She makes you feel right at home and if you have questions or any problems come up she is there to assist you. She really goes out of her way to help you. I would never go anywhere else and if your hesitant about a loan here don’t be Cheryl is there to help. Great Great person.

  I love this place. Cheryl the store manager is very pleasant. The service is quick no credit check. All you need is bank account, pay stub and ID. You can take out to 2 loans in 60 days state law. I am VIP stats now. I don’t have to show my bank info anymore. 🙂 palatine is quicker as there are no lines and long wait time. Thanks AC for the excellent service !!!

  WOW!!!! What a wonderful experience I had on today. I came in needing to borrow money for my daughters they’re in college. I was greeted with great customer service by Viri Marias, she took care of me right away. She took my information and within minutes I was approved for a loan to send to my daughters who are away attending college. I appreciate AmeriCash Loans and they should be exceptionally proud to have a wonderful employee such as Viri Marias who is representing the business in absence of Cheryle Woods.   Went in for a loan for my vacation, Cheryl was very helpful and was very nice and friendly, she provided a perfect example of great customer service and went above and beyond to help me out and made the whole process smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend this location as well as Cheryl.

  This location deserves 5 stars because the staff is amazing and truly should have recognition for it. They speak to you with high manner, very personable, patient, and will work with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer. The store manager is so polite and earlier when I came in she received an award for her excellence.
