  I was referred by an associate to AmericanREGroup almost a year ago. In that time they have saved me and my clients tens of thousand of dollars in mortgage payments. But there are three points I especially want to make. 1, they always answer the phone - not a machine but a person and in almost every case it was my point of contact, Greg. 2, they are fast. We got our refinance done in three weeks so we had them start on our investment property and got the same results. 3, We were able to save over $500 per month on our mortgage. They also helped one of my clients who was having trouble refinancing his home and they saved him close to $1,000 per month. These people are GREAT! I have been in the real estate business for many years, they are now my personal lender and my Go-To lender when it comes to my clients.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I applied for a refinance and they promised me a great rate. They ran our credit and asked for quite a few documents and then came back a few weeks later and stated that we had to put down an additional $130,000! They bait and switch the loan products! Again, do not do business with them!

We appreciate the time you took out of your day to apply and submit your documents. Your loan was submitted on 4/16 and on 4/20 our underwriter asked you for updated documents. Based on those documents your application did not move further in the underwriting process. We would be happy to go into further detail as to why we were unable to move your application further along. Please call us so we can put you in contact with our credit manager and show you what you can do to re-apply in the coming months. While we understand we are not the best fit for everyone's financial needs, we hope that you can find the best fit for your financial needs in the coming months with the changes our credit manager can advise you on.
