Shannon B1Updated after attempting to resolve with the email given in owners reply. One star is too many. Poor quality bait and switch. I paid for white furniture and got furniture covered in brown spots looking like someone spilled a coffee on it. They claim that is intentional but can’t explain why neither their website or their sales person disclosed the spots. Furniture looks dirty and used, if I had seen this finish in stores I would assume it was a mess made by a customer. And they expect me to pay hundreds of dollars restocking fee and shipping to exchange or return the mess they sold me!!!

Gladys Matta4Hi I am really happy with American Signature Furniture with the awesome job that Mr Camacho and Mr Yovanny did in delivering part of my Furniture . I still have some more Furniture to come. Mr Camacho and Mr Yovanny made sure that nothing was broken or damaged wild they were bringing my Future in they did a Awesome job! Very friendly and respectful. I am very please and very happy! I would Love for them boths to be the ones that delivered the rest of my furniture again! Looking forward to see them bring it and the awesome job. I like to thank American Signature Furniture and everyone that works there for a wonderful job that You All Do! Suresh Rokkam1POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a dining table at American Signature, Bear, DE The store at Bear, DE location got delivered on April 5, 2019 with a protection plan. The trouble started from that point on. The guys who installed could not fix the leaf of the table and said that its probably a defective piece. I also told them other small issues with the table like wood paint etc.. The guys took pictures of it and told me that they will let the concerned people know about and someone will come and fix it OR replace the table. I waited for a week and since none turned up or call me, I called customer service and they told, since I'm PA a person can come once a month and he setup time in May. Trusting that I spoke to someone and waiting for the call, I waited till 1 st week of May. No call. I called again, and I hear the same story now I hear that someone will come in June and I told that I'm frustrated the way its going on and wanted to talk to the manager. I was told the manager will call me. Again, no one called. I called again, this time its another person, and atleast gave assurance that in a week's time someone will come. But same result! I now decided to go to store in person, because I'm really really frustrated and that's the last resort I'm hoping to get some answers. Why the customer service is like that.

Angel and Ivan were very professional at all times and they handled my furniture with care. Special thanks and kudos to the duo for going up 13 floors ( I owe them big time lol). As their last order to deliver, I was their toughest customer but they finished the job perfectly. I will be requesting these two gentlemen to deliver my future orders. Phenomenal work guys! Mike H1Stay away from this company and their horrible quality furniture and stay even further away from their warranty where they promise you the world when you buy it and make you feel like some criminal if you actually have to use it on a defective furniture. I spent a good amount of money furnishing my place and every single thing I have purchased is falling apart. They will not honor or do anything with warranty work at all. Their customer service is a joke unless you like to call them almost daily and be promised a callback that never follows. I don't know how a place that sells nothing but horrible quality furniture stays in business perhaps it's due to an extremely high profit margin on products that are worth nothing. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Nicole5I’ve only ever been here twice and don’t remember my first experience, however, this experience was wonderful. It was pretty busy, but Gina took time out to help me and get me everything needed. When she needed assistance with getting us our furniture, Martin helped with no questions asked. They were a great team and got us everything we needed.

Dale Carns1If I could give American Signature a negative 10, I would. My wife and I spent over two thousand dollars on a couch and two recliners years ago. Within about 4 years, the entire faux leather surface of both recliners started peeling off. We immediately called them to get our warranty honored and they told us MOST of the surface areas on the chairs were not included in the warranty. Those were the seating area, the arm rests and the back rests! The salesman where we bought them told us that EVERYTHING was included in the warranty. Also one of the plastic pull out handles broke that makes the chair recline. I have to use vice grips now to pull the cord to make it recline. DO NOT buy American Signature furniture. I looked at the tag underneath one of the chairs and it’s all manufactured in CHINA! Do a google search on American Signature furniture fabric peeling and you will be shocked to see how customers have been treated by this company.

Lashanda Brown1I purchased a sectional in February. Furniture finally arrives the 1st week of June without all the legs to the sectional so 1/2 my sectional is up and the rest on the floor. I can not count how many times I’ve called and was told they will contact the merchant and follow up with me. There’s no follow up and still no legs. It’s now August. I don’t feel the customer service is there at all they tell you the same thing in high hopes you’ll go away. I would never spent another dime with this company. The absolute worst!!!!!
