Jonathan Williams1Officially Closed my personal checking account with this bank. When I came to reopen my account they said I have a negative balance of $2 on my old account and cannot reopen my account without a manager on site. My phone number is on file along with my address. I received no mail or phone calls stating my “closed” account was negative. Keep in mind this is Saturday, a day most people finally have time off work to visit the bank and they don’t have the people necessary to keep things smooth and afloat. I’ll take my business to Bank of Hawaii instead.

High W1I hope there is no star but this is the lowest it can get. Talked to a lady Ashley and got the most disappointing customer service ever. Location is very good on the positive side. I wont bank there if I can.

Bola Grande5Excellent location and very professional staff. Jason Salmo assisted me with opening a checking and savings account, beyond friendly and professional. Normally, becoming a member of a bank isn't a big deal or experience but not in this case. I'm very happy with my choice and the bank.

I moved back to the mainland & banked with Chase & the day I walked in to close that account with chase was a happy day! I returned to Maui & reopened with ASB Kihei. the tellers remembered us after 4 years and welcomed us back!

Cindy Albers1The more I bank with them, the more I hate them. They were sued for rearranging transactions to collect more fees. They stopped doing it, after the settlement, and now they are doing it again. Very unhappy with them. Will be closing my account.
