  I was working with another mortgage company to purchase a house. However, I was so disappointed with the way the loan officer conducted business and the lack of communications that I decided to look for another mortgage company with few days to spare on the agreed upon closing date. A friend suggested that I should contact Daniel at American pacific mortgage. After I spoke with Daniel for the first time to discuss the home purchase, I was so impressed with his knowledge and how he explained to me the loan process in the simplest form, I didn’t hesitate to start working with him right away. He didn’t disappoint. He was very responsible and knowledgeable. I was informed in a timely manner of any details that I needed to take into account. He was available to answer all of my questions even after hours! He went above what was expected of him to contact my agent and the seller agent frequently to offer them updates on the status of the loan that the seller, even though initially refused to grant us extension, agreed to extend the closing date for few days.
