  We had a really long escrow but Marcos and Renata were there every step of the way. They were very professional and paperwork was requested and processed in a timely manner. There was great communication even after business hours or on weekends when something unexpected came up. Marcos and the team provided a personal touch and really cared about us. It wasn’t just another loan they truly wanted to get us the best loan and we really appreciate that. It was a truly wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend American Pacific Mortgage to anyone.

  Jeancarlo made our first home purchase experience a smooth and pleasant experience. He was responsive and patient whenever we had questions, and he was always happy to discuss options and scenarios so that we never felt pressured or anxious.   Josh, Jeannette and the whole team at APM were amazing and such a pleasure to work with. Despite multiple setbacks (on our end) and having to restart the a new process three times their continued support, help and advise never ceased. The amount of patience, understanding and attention they showed our family and our situation was amazing and made a nightmare of a situation into a smoother process making us all feel at ease. They were always quick to respond to our emails, calls and text messages. We are so grateful and would most definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

  Marcos and the rest of the APM team performed above and beyond my expectations for this client. We were on the verge of losing the purchase transaction(because of the inability and unprofessional work of another lender), in escrow for over 30 days and beyond the contingency period, I reached out to Marcos, needless to say APM team was able to get the loan secured and closed within 10 days of getting the file.
