  After having bad luck with a couple other non-investor friendly lenders that tacked on ridiculous fees and delayed causing us rate increases, we were very gun shy on trying another lender. I'm happy to say we are beyond pleased with the APM team-any and all questions I had were quickly answered, they understand real estate investing and went above and beyond to find products/solutions that would fit our unique scenarios. I have used APM now on two investment refi's and will continue to use them in the future.

  Man we had so many hiccups with our loan. But Christina was there the entire time and walked us through every detail of it. I feel like the mortgage company itself was pretty picky and hard to work with but I'd give Christina herself 5 stars and recommend her to anyone needing a home loan just based on her customer service alone. Also love the "open door policy".. every time I had to stop by and give her something the door was always open and it made the process very inviting. Thanks Christina for helping us purchase our wonderful new home 🏡❤
