Trash place don’t bother go to there, Chace or BOA have costumer service representatives ready to help you. People in here are very rude and care less about customer needs. Good luck if you decide to open an account there.

If you guys can't implement a new system without shutting down your customer service then you do not need to change anything. The new online banking has halted ya'lls customer service. I have been waiting for a deposits to occur for 3 days now and can't get ahold of anyone but an automated system waiting list that nobody cares to pick up. Poor business guys y'all can do better.
