  Kreg made the home loan process for my Husband and I seamless! We have worked with other lenders before and we both commented how much more detailed Kreg and American Mortgage was with the loan process. Before putting any offer on a house, Kreg let us know estimates of what closing costs and monthly payments would look like with our offer price and possible appraisal situations. We knew exactly what to budget for the “best case” and “worst case” scenario when it came down to the appraisal.   I came to American Mortgage in panic because a previous lender advised me they couldn’t lend to me after completing my entire new build process. I was extremely down and skeptical because with the previous lender, I completed their home buyers process with purpose to assist with my credit & get me to closing and they changed their mind literally after several months of working with me. I felt like closing would be impossible. Kreg answered my call on a weekend and was dedicated to getting me to closure. He even worked on his vacation! I am forever grateful for Kreg and the entire team at American Mortgage as they turned what was told to me to be the impossible to a reality!
