  The reality is...in this market you need a lender like Michael Taylor and his team that is on call Saturday night, all weekend, and anytime of the day to get the house you are aggressively after. We tried another lender and their 9 to 5 hours did not cut it in this housing market and we lost bid after bid. Michael and his team are there for you every step of the way and without them we would still be looking for a house. Thank you!

  Jennifer's communication and transparency were excellent throughout our purchase process, from the beginning when we were making offers on houses all the way through our closing. She took the time to get to know my wife and me and truly went above and beyond to get our loan secured. We had just moved from across the country and so had a non-standard job situation, and Jennifer worked with us and for us rather than turning us away (like our own bank did) just because it wasn't going to be a seamless approval. As long as we're still living in a state that Jennifer's licensed in, we will continue to purchase any future homes with her. Not only was she easy to work with, but the closing costs were right in line with what we experienced previously with Guaranteed Rate, a so-called "cheap" mortgage company. We will be recommending her to all of our friends and family.
