  I had a great experience with Mike DeSantis & the American Mortgage Resource team. As a first time homebuyer, I was new to the mortgage process and had a lot of questions along the way.   Mike and his team are extremely knowledgeable about the options that are out there for various situations when it comes to mortgages. If you go directly to a lending institution they will only offer what fits into their "cookie cutter" profile for a loan transaction. You could waste weeks of time and get nowhere. With an independent mortgage broker like Mike at AMR they are able to shop around with various lenders and find one with the best terms to give you a mortgage. I also referred a contact who could not get a mortgage and Mike made it happen for them.

  I came to Mike to purchase a home. At the time, I needed to bring up my credit but it seemed impossible to do and bankruptcy was the only option. Mike led me to a program that helped with bad credit. The program brought my credit score up 200+ points within 2 years. He and his team never stopped working with me, they never gave up when the outlook was grim and when others said no. He said yes and was not afraid and now I am a first time homeowner. I highly recommend AMR. There are no one better than them. I will always use AMR for life!

  There is a reason why this company has so many 5-star ratings - they are amazing! I did some research and decided to contact this company based on their experience and the reviews. I knew I had a complex financial background and needed the right broker to assist me. I certainly got what I was looking for. Aaron and Mike are super stars! They went above and beyond to work with my personal situation and get me approved. Today I received my loan approval for my family's dream home. Thank you doesn't cover it.
