  I'm so glad others have had a good experience with this business, but please beware. They lost my item and it has been like pulling teeth to get the issue resolved. Why would it take almost 4 months to either find the missing item or provide the (partial!!!) reimbursement? Again, I'm glad for those who have had a good experience, but has been a frustrating and very, very costly one for me. Please be careful.

  These guys are the best! This is the third store we went into and we stopped here. My fiancee and I were looking for a diamond ring. They explained everything about the diamonds. They had beautiful selection and their prices were very competitive. I will recommend this place above the rest.

  We had a pleasant experience working with this company. Every person I dealt with was courteous and understanding. When it came to the price we got for our watch, they were the highest. Now-days we run into financial problems often and I intend to visit this place again.

  excellent place, Danny & fred looked at some bag that i brought in to sell. I have been to many places they offered me prices. Thing is fred prove to me that the bag was actually fake. i took this back to sac fifth avenue and got a refund because of the lawsuit going around.
