  I am without heat and had a plan to cover the service on my furnace. The first person they told me to contact was so rude and obnoxious that I had to call to have a different repair person come. First mind you this happened on a Friday with temperatures falling into the 30’s and us being senior citizens we were told that they would not be able to take care of us until Wednesday. because that’s the day the company takes care of AHS customers. I canceled my contract and have someone coming today (Saturday) to fix my furnace at my own expense. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. Gayle
