  American Heritage has been amazing to work with over the last couple of years, especially Marissa and Julie! They always provide thorough, knowledgeable and personalized service. We don't feel like just another account to them. They know our names and always make time to meet with us, answer our questions and find the answers to any complicated requests.   I go to the bank often for work and the staff is always friendly and professional. Yesterday I decided to open my own bank account here. Teresa helped me set up my new account and the process was quick and easy. If your looking for a new bank I recommend American Heritage Bank.

  We have banked with ahb for many years. Although most services are great, they are lacking in some more current services. For example, our cards don't have chips(not a deal breaker). One thing I don't like however is the I capability to use my account with Samsung pay. I have an account with another bank just so I can use this feature. Also being able to customize our debit cards. Silly things probably but also great conveniences of larger banks.

  I found out my “local” bank wasn’t actually local. That left one choice. Switch to American Heritage. I love how down to earth and friendly they are. Everything is done with excellence. And their mobile app and website is so easy to use!
