  Stay away from the ATM by Albertsons!! DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH IT WILL EAT IT. I lost $367 in that ATM. Also this bank isn't really that good if you overdraft for any reason wether it's an accident they will charge a $27 fee ever time. If there is a charge to your account you don't authorize they will not stop it they will make you make a fraud claim which will take up to 6 months to get your money back if at all. If their is over use of your card or any suspicion of fraud they will lock your card even if your the only person using it is you. I would highly recommend not adding it to any online services. I've had problems with this bank for almost 2 years. Sometimes their good but most of the time please stay away. I would rather pay $100 anywhere else then $10 here. First experience with a bank/ credit union and worst experience. I also almost failed to mention that their app takes forever to show transactions. It takes hours to days to know how much money you really have in your account from the app.

  The base staff is beyond friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic! The branch as a whole though, sadly the opposite. I wouldn't suggest going through them for anything. Low rates on accounts and will pull the rug out from under you when you expect them to uphold what they say. If your in need of help and plan of relaying on them... BIG mistake!

  I was able to get a GREAT motorcycle loan that beat the dealership by 3% interest! All the staff were extremely polite and efficient and I will be doing much more business here from now on! I cannot recommend CFCU enough! Special shout out to Ashley for being professional and just plain nice! Thanks!

  I use my app all the time and ask me to set a new password and have my biometrics set. I don't remember my password pls stop asking me to reset it

  Happy with the service, but don’t care for some of the requirements. Frustrated with some of the requirements and requested information to just open an account, and disappointed that there’s no way to contact the branch directly. I don’t like that they run a credit check just to open an account either. Given past, and my current, experiences I’m happy with their customer service though. They have been kind and helped me before I was a member, and I was happy with my experience today. Additionally, this is one of the few banks/credit unions in town that have service hours on weekends.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made setting up my mother's account here go so smoothly. It was a lot of stuff to throw at them with lots of details that require a patient and knowledgeable professional which we did receive. The staff remembers our faces whenever we come in and always have smiles for their customers. We don't tend to go by there very often so this is a nice surprise for us! Thank you CFCU folks at Prince St!

  I’ve been a member of cannon for several years and never once had an issue with one of the employees, until yesterday when I had the worst experience with Jessica. She was condescending, and probably the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. Instead of helping me, she preferred that I close my account. This 1 star isn’t for the bank, it’s a 5 star bank. The 1 star is for Jessica. I’m not sure why a 5 star bank would hire a 1 star person.

  The people are always very nice and helpful and the facility looks great. Debra assisted me very quickly and smoothly to resolve pending charges to my account and corrected the situation before anything happened. Ashley also went out of her way to help me with some non related documents so I could return them back home out of state and she helped me so much when I had no way to get certain things done on my own. Ashley is always so nice and helpful trying to do anything she can to help with anything and Debra is always assisting in resolving things as well before they become issues. She always helps with any banking issue and does so right away. I enjoy going to this branch because all the people are great and it's always pleasant while they very quickly handle issues and correct things before problems come up. I've been with CFCU for about 7 years even though I haven't lived in the area for about 4 of them now but, don't have any reason to leave them.

  I have been a member of CFCU for 5 years & their prompt customer service is always amazing. Recently Charity Wright has been helping with my account & her friendly customer service has been great. I will always be proud of be a part of the CFCU family so thank you all, for everything you all do!

  My Husband and I love this Credit Union. The people are very friendly and treat you like family. Their service is great! I would highly recommend using this Credit Union. You are greeted every time you walk in.
