  American Financial got my interest rate and mortgage payments lowered after refinancing my home six months ago, and was prompt and efficient with the process. They kept me informed on the matter throughout and dealt quickly so as not to take my time. Mallory Kimberly , the loan officer, did an outstanding job initiating all the matters and Rachel Wilbourn her branch coorordinator was always present to tie formalities together.
