  I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience was too great not to share. For anyone looking to secure a loan, I would highly recommend Stephen Cunningham from New American Funding. He was by far the best loan consultant I could've chosen. He will fight to get you the best rates, and will be there for you every step of the way. Especially if you are new to the process, Stephen is the only way to go!

  I worked with George Perry on my refinance. His personality is pleasant and he was very responsive to my questions and requests. In addition, he is very informative and did not have any problems explaining the processes to me in an easy to understand manner. He did a great job and I recommend him!

  Great lender to deal with! Eric gave us better than what we expected for the loan and worked closely with us to make sure the loan contained what we wanted, without any surprising "features." Obtaining the loan was very straightforward, and the lender themselves were very respectful of our privacy and time, with better loan terms than many other lenders. Would definitely recommend!

  I highly recommend working with Clark Cornwell. He's very knowledgeable, professional, found me the right Loan, a great rate, "lock" right away & and this is the best Loan application ever. I've re-finance, purchased etc. but this is the best experience. Ask for Clark.
