  JMAC did an excellent job on my client's loan. The AE Mike set expectations because this was a difficult and complicated transaction. Hannah (JMAC's internal processor) and Kim (the underwriter) stayed in touch throughout the process although we were caught suddenly in a rate rush because of suddenly rising rates. While Kim was strict with the guidelines, she was extremely responsive when it came to submission turn times and ultimately we closed within the time-frame quoted. The closer and underwriter stayed until 8pm the night of closing and worked though a last minute hiccup when the borrower was short funds to close. While this is what I'd expect from any jumbo lender I didn't get it from two wholesalers I worked with concurrently on conforming mortgages ($597,000 and $300,000) at other companies. That is why I gave five stars - anybody can do well on a regular day...it's what happens when things get busy or rough that differentiates the good from the adequate.

  Kris has been so helpful through this process - whenever we needed assistance she always made sure she answered our question and if not she directed to the person who could assist. Everything on our file was handled so promptly it really expedited the process which made our borrowers happy as well.

  done a few loans through jmac and theyre helpful. As with any lender just make sure you have a good rep. interest rates seem to usually be fair, sometimes i find better interest rates with other lenders. Good products

  Everyone knows there can be unexpected hiccups in a loan; Mike Guerrero ALWAYS steps up and helps us resolve these, he is definitely there for his customers and their clients...he responds to my inquiries even after hours and early mornings, well outside his working hours.   start submitting to Jmac due to the best pricing in the market. after few files, very happy to work with them- knowledgeable AE, friendly underwriter, fast funding team, completed programs for all borrowers, one-stop shop for brokers. definitely increase our sales. thanks Jmac!

  Great communication from Bill when we had questions. He was very prompt to respond with accurate information and helped guide us through the process to ensure a smooth transaction. The disclosure process was a little clunky and frustrating, but we got through it.
