  American Financial Network helped me to refinance our mortgage. The representative that helped us was friendly and knowledgeable right from the start. It was obvious that he knew how to connect and build relationships with people. He was patient with all questions. I was made to feel confident that I would receive help, and he used his problem-solving skills to build a good deal for me and my husband. I liked that he was flexible about how we would communicate, and that he was willing to talk on the phone, email or text. If I had to refinance again in the future, I would choose to work with them again.

  This company just wasted TWO MONTHS of my time. In May I was told we were approved for a refinance. After two months of jumping through hoops, providing all kinds of documentation, pay stubs, bank statements, everything you can imagine, spending hours and hours doing this, now they tell me my debt to income ratio won't work. We have good credit and an excellent payment history, plus our house and property is worth way more than the loan amount. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This company doesn't care about it!!

  Ray Gulan is absolutely fabulous to work with. He is knowledge and helpful. I had a lot of family issues come up during my transaction but he was very patient and kind. I would definitely refer him and this company for any of your mortgage needs.
