  I used American Dream Home Mortgage twice. There is a review below for my first experience in 2018 when I purchased my condo. It was such a great experience that I returned. Now I refinanced my mortgage and my experience with Teresa and her team has been once again outstanding. She really cares about every single client no matter how small the business they bring in is. She will do anything possible to streamline and expedite the process and will treat your business like her own. That’s why I would never go to anyone else if I had to apply for a mortgage. I had an amazing experience with Teresa and Amber. They have an incredible work ethic and they worked around the clock to get everything finalized properly and expeditiously. They were available after hours and on the weekends and any time needed. I truly appreciated the fact that they kept me informed at each step of the process. That is extremely important, not just for a first time home buyer like me, who might be a bit nervous, but for anyone. It can actually help streamline the approval process if the buyer is informed of all issues. And to use my own example, the underwriter had an issue with a pending litigation the condo association was involved in. Because the management of the building recently underwent changes, they were not knowledgeable enough to provide needed court documents for the underwriter’s review. Teresa told me about the problem, and because I am an attorney I was able to locate the documents the underwriter needed in 5 minutes. Had Teresa not kept me informed, I might not have been able to close on time. Also, the title company chosen by the sellers was not very helpful or professional. They did not communicate with me about essential things, like the final closing disclosure. Without Teresa’s help and her willingness to go the extra step to make sure everything goes well, my closing experience would have been a nerve-wracking one. So do yourself a favor and choose them if you need mortgage to buy a home.
