  Have not used them personally, but have had to contact them regarding work matters. I have always been very courteous when I call, simply looking for payment updates. I do not bother them, I only call every couple of months. Yet Vicky has hung up on me 3 times that I have logged, right when I call before I can even say why I am calling--I can only guess because she is avoiding a certain client's debt follow-up. I was also promised monthly payment from this company and 9 months have gone by without receiving one. I have spoken to her male co-worker who has not been willing to assist either. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere to a company who employs people that care about their follow-through to businesses they owe, try to solve client matters, and work with integrity.

  I was working with a woman named Vicki, I believe she is the owner. I told her that my job would be laying off 450 people and that I would be one of them. Her exact response was and I quote, “You’re going to be in a world of trouble girl!” As if I caused the layoff or could do anything about it! How disrespectful and unprofessional. I trusted these people for many years and I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. And don’t really think that deserve even ONE star!

  Started with them back in May 2018. Paid them regularly but they paid only a few bills after I hounded them about it. I ended up paying $39.00 late fees on every credit card bill I had and my credit score went down nearly 100 points due to them not paying them!! I dropped them and started paying on my bills myself, struggling to get caught up. I'm in collections with some of my creditors because of these people!!! It's been several months since I started paying on my own bills again and I'm still behind. This company is terrible and not trustworthy. Beware! I would like to know what happened to all my money I paid them!!

  My husband and I were with American debt for over 20 years and we are very satisfied with them. We recommend any body that has problems paying your bills to go to American debt you won't be sorry.

  Absolutely love the personal attention this firm paid me and my situation. Debt can be so overwhelming. Ron is thoughtful and kind throughout the entire process, till the very end. Thank you sir!

  unorganized and Ron likes to make up excuses and blame things on other people. BBB will be looking into them.
