  Wow! Even during my first phone call to ACCC, the counselor (Tim) who answered spent almost 2 hours with me. He helped me to record my budget in a format I can view and modify. He made suggestions as to how I might proceed to firm up my budget and also set up a debt repayment plan that is workable. I was surprised that my payments will be going down each month, and rather than paying off my debt in about 18 years, I will now be paying off my debt in less than 5 years. I also (in that same first call) received budget counseling so that I understand better how to set up and maintain a budget. I also have a plan to decrease my spending and to get help with some of my medical debt by contacting resources given to me by Tim/ACCC. I am a person who went through some medical trauma and high expenses, and it resulted in a lot of medical and credit card debt. Now I am on the way to eliminating that debt, and freeing my finances to use in ways I WANT to spend my money. I am extremely satisfied with this company and their customer service. Thank you, Tim and ACCC. :) Update 12/30/2021: Today I had a few questions about the actions I need to take in my debt management plan. Latoya was able to help me by phone with all my questions. This company is top-notch, I love their service and the time they take to explain things. Thanks, Latoya and ACCC! :)

  ACCC guided me through a 2-3 year period of debt eliminations mainly involving credit cards except for one auto loan. During that time my credit scores improved from the basement of credit scores to the upper range of good credit ranging from 686-697 as of this writing. ACCC lives up to what they advertise . I highly recommend them for anyone in need of credit repair.

  Richard is an excellent employee for your company! He is thoroughly versed in the sign up and is superior in meeting my needs at this time. If I still owned a business, he is someone that I would potentially hire. I have spoken with a lot of customer service and various employees of many companies and he is one of the best!

  I've been with ACCC for a little over 3 years. I am pleased with their service, politeness, and professionalism. The few times I called this year, they have been very helpful.   My rep Robert was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me options that I will be following. I will definitely be taking his advice and following it. And I believe his advice is going to be my way to being debt free. If I ever have to I will recommend ACCCS to someone I would ask them to request Robert.   The representative Melissa whom I talked with on 08/28/21 was very informative, supportive and knowledgeable. She explained everything in great detail and made me feel comfortable and confident with asking questions about the program. She gave me hope that I’m on the right path to financial recovery and gave me several options in which direction I should go, very happy I made that phone call.
