  I am pleased with the services I am getting and will be receiving from Fidelity. The only thing that I am not pleased with is I was told by the banker who opened my account that my money would be available on the13th of august and now I'm told that I cant't have access to it until the 21st. I'm not very happy with this .

  I'm a satisfied Fidelity National customer for 20+ years, who has now been living in East Point for a year. It's a real pain to have to drive many miles to [the northeast quadrant of the city - feel free to call it what it actually is] to bank. This situation won't go on much longer for me. I love you, but I'll find a new relationship if you won't meet me halfway - what about a friggin' kiosk at least?

  Absolutely awful mortgage servicing. Would advise any/all against using this institution for your real estate needs. This brand who supposedly prides themselves on being service orientated and "your neighbor" on the basis of their "golden rule" could not care less about the customer. They failed to post a sizeable payment to my account and in turn seem to have lost it and couldn't care less about making things right. Not even the CEO Palmer Proctor is concerned about correcting a serious internal mistake. Quite a shame as in todays day and age you'd hope the "local" bank actually acted like one and not a money hungry big bank.

  I just want to say 'THANK YOU SO MUCH" to Antwan and Jennifer and your amazing staff at Fidelity #260 Peachtree St ATLANTA. -it's a relief to walk into Fidelity at 260 Peachtree Center and the genuine welcome, the accessibility of all from managers to tellers gives me a relief in both "the bad times and the good times."

  Wasn’t very pleased with their customer service over the phone was giving me the run around on an important matter about a settlement check that I received spoke to the manager he also had an attitude. So didn’t get any information at all off of the phone call on the question I was trying to ask . Very disappointed

  Love the building they choose to open their bank it's very beautiful and enormous. Customer service is great with Fidelity and this bank adds on to the truth.

  Me and my boyfriend went here Thursday to open us a joint account and they were awesome 👏🏿 I love this bank no fee no hiding fee I love it
