  The service and personal attention we received from Fabiana Zarbano was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting! Her knowledge of the market and her commitment in finding us the best rate helped us in our search for our dream home. As first time home buyers everything was new to us and the most important thing we wanted was someone we could trust. She was there for us every step of the way. I'm glad we chose her services. Fabiana Zarano is an exceptional and exceptional mortgage broker. She kept us advised every step of the mortgage process, explaining the reason for every document requested from us. Her manner was always very friendly, and she was always available to answer every question we had. Previously, we had gone directly to banks for our mortgages. We don't believe that we will ever do that again as long as Fabiana is around to assist in the process. We will strongly recommend her in the future, and we will be certain to use her the next time we require new financing. She is remarkable and a five-star broker and any organization should be proud to have her working for them. After all, we are very happy to have our new house and Fabiana as our new “friend”.

  I’ve applied for a mortgage numerous times with various companies, truth is, it has never been an easy process. Since working with American BancShares they’ve proved me wrong. The process was simple, their online application tool is extremely useful and their staff goes above and beyond all the way through closing. I highly recommend this company, they did an amazing job.   If I could give 0 stars I would. So far the representative Sandee has pushed our closing date 3 times without explaination. The last time he sent the message from his iPhone - one sentence with the date and time. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT recommend this company. I will post a follow up review if/when we close.
