  my experience was horrible. They financed a car whose price was less than approximately 4,000 from the loan that they gave me in collusion with the dealer who sold me the car, which was even broken. Later they added insurance for a total of more than 10,000 dollars due to a problem of ignorance that I had with the insurance and they did not show professionalism or mercy. After 5 years I finished paying the total of my debt of 16,500 despite giving a dawn of 4,000 which added up to 22,000 and I still owe them 9,000 paying for all that an interest of 13 per story. in total they have made me pay for an old crashed car and with more than 93,000 with a price of 12,000 more than 30,000 dollars with all the mentioned interests. I don't recommend them to anyone

  I've been using this facility ever since they opened this branch in Miami Lakes. I have always been welcomed with a wonderful attitude by the employees and they have always been extremely helpful. I don't understand the lady that wrote that awful review. Perhaps the attitude expressed in her review carries over to her public attitude. I love dealing with the people there and always found them to be very polite and most courteous.

  JetStream is an amazing bank and my husband and I absolutely love this bank. The best part about our experience with JetStream was our Representative Yamileth Aviles, she helped us get a vehicle loan, and we are so pleased with her service and our new car. Yamileth was very professional and friendly, she always provided us with the best customer service. She made us feel like family and not just customers. We are so pleased with the bank and Yamileth that we are recommending our friends and family. Thank you Yamileth so much for all your hard work and dedication to helping us get the vehicle we wanted. It was truly a pleasure and blessing have you as our representative.

  I was assisted by Melissa Rossi whom has the upmost customer service. She was very helpful in providing information and guidance. This organization itself also has more benefits than a regular bank does, by far. Definitely recommend!

  This Credit Union is THE BEST THING that has happened to me financially. It has helped me establish credit, purchase my home, purchase multiple cars, and help with saving accounts for my kids. And lets not forget Christmas savings account too. It is a FAMILY atmosphere here. Some of the employees here Shelia, Marlie, Melissa i have know for years. I can see Shelia being a branch manager in the future. The Member service and Teller service is AMAZING. The manager here Dora actually interacts with customers. DONT MISS OUT ON THE BEST CREDIT UNION WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER IN TOWN. I can honestly say that you will receive EXCELLENT service from any of the ladies that work here.

  I have been a Jetstream Federal Credit Union member for about 20 years and I have always had exceptional service. They have handled all my car loans and other personal loans. Yamileh Aviles is very efficient, pleasant and professional and always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel like family. I am so happy being a member. Thanks for all you do.

  This bank is Horrible and their customer service staff is horrible as well. I'm going to wait until I get my refund and close my account. I'm sick and tried of them. They only have one location in Miami and I called this morning to Dispute a charge back in February and they told me that they don't go back past 30 days that's BS but called my other bank accounts and they do. Jetstream is a joke and would never refer or Suggest anybody to bank with them. They're the real scammers.

  I couldn’t be more happy with this banks service and professionalism. In particular Dora Rivery was excellent. I recommend anyone who is looking to bank here to really consider it. Thanks to Dora and the entire team at JetStream for making my experience so memorable.
